Yoga & Nutrition weight-loss Workshop

Weight loss is a wonderful side effect of releasing toxins from your body, both emotional and chemical. Each one of us is unique and we try and oftentimes fail to keep the weight off using a one size fits all programme. This is because our food choices go much deeper; our emotions and bacteria (microbiome) both play a part in the foods we choose to eat. Many of us today use food and drink as numbing tools particularly in stressful times. During the first half of the workshop our aim is to support you in finding a way of eating which is right for you, we will help you to start to address your cravings, and understand how to differentiate between emotional hunger and physical hunger. During the second half of the workshop we will focus on activating the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS) through a mindful yoga & breathing practice. This will maximise your ability to relax, rest & literally digest thus enabling you to burn body fat.

Beware knowledge & self-awareness can cause positive side effects, creating shifts in the way you think & treat your body. You will leave the workshop with practical strategies to implement straight away, tips for eating mindfully and a conscious willing attitude to embrace change.
