During these wellness weekend retreats you will be lead on a journey of self-discovery, exploring how it is possible to move your body and breathe well through my own unique blend of Somatic movement, Hatha Yoga, breath work and by moving intuitively. The weekends offer an opportunity to re-set the nervous system, re-calibrate, unravel and tune in to reveal your sparkly diamond within.
My intention is for you to celebrate YOURSELF , appreciate YOURSELF and check in on YOURSELF, as we can often spend a lot of time tending to others and living in an overstimulating world, so this weekend is all about tending to YOURSELF. Depending on the weather the weekends will comprise of between 6/7 sessions with the first one beginning on the Friday after dinner and the last session taking place before Sunday lunch at 1pm. The morning sessions are about shifting the energy then as the day progresses the practices shift as you journey through the layers and begin to de-stress, unravel and allow the body to organise itself organically. Post dinner practices will include soothing sleepy Yoga Nidra’s for a good night’s sleep.
Cober Hill is a large Edwardian country manor house located on the coast and set within 11 acres of stunning grounds offering breath-taking panoramic views of both the coastline and countryside. There are single or twin rooms, all en-suite with a choice of bath or shower. We have a large room for our yoga practice (JRC) and a comfortable lounge opposite for our sole use for chilling and relaxing between classes, however there are lots of quirky seating areas in and around the grounds to enjoy the good weather and beautiful manicured gardens. The surrounding countryside really does provide the perfect backdrop for our walk (optional & weather permitting). All meals are produced from locally sourced produce and will include a meat, fish and vegetarian/vegan option, so no cooking for a whole weekend!
Price: £400.00 per person for single occupancy or £375.00 per person sharing a room.
Includes: 6/7 sessions, en-suite accommodation, full board from dinner on Friday to lunch on Sunday. Teas/coffee and biscuits are at your disposal from the kitchen attached to the practice room and you also have tea/coffee making facilities in your bedroom.
How To Book: Please email your interest, when your place has been confirmed a £130.00 deposit is required to secure your place by the end of January . A booking form will be emailed to you for completion and returned. The remaining balance can be paid in instalments and can be arranged with me personally In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable, I will aim to re-book the place and refund whatever is possible however all depends according to the length of notice given (details on booking form). You can choose to come alone, I have many that do! or share a room with a friend, partner, everyone is welcome.
